North America Telugu Society (NATS) has announced its new Executive Committee for the 2026–2028 term, with Raj Allada elected as President. The NATS Board of Directors selected the new leadership team with the goal of expanding community service initiatives, strengthening member engagement, and driving the organization’s future growth.
The newly formed Executive Committee combines experienced leadership with a strong commitment to community service. Along with Raj Allada as President, the committee includes Rajesh Kandru as Vice President (Programs), Anudeep Arla as Vice President (Finance & Marketing), Rajyalakshmi Chilukuri as Vice President (Services), Sudheer Mikkineni as Secretary, Ram Naresh Kommanaboyina as Treasurer, Bhanu Lanka as Joint Secretary, and Venkata Sakamuri as Joint Treasurer.
A technology executive from New Jersey, Raj Allada has been associated with NATS since 2009, serving in various volunteer and leadership roles. Over the years, he has contributed significantly to the organization’s growth and has also served multiple terms as a member of the NATS Board. His dedication to service and passion for community development have earned him widespread recognition within the Telugu community.
Raj Allada played a key role in the success of the 2023 NATS Celebrations in New Jersey as Deputy Convener. His leadership in organizing the event, coordinating volunteers, and spearheading fundraising efforts helped make the celebrations a memorable success. His ability to bring people together and execute large-scale initiatives further strengthened his reputation as a capable leader.
Recognizing his long-standing service and leadership qualities, the NATS Board entrusted Raj Allada with the responsibility of leading the organization into its next phase of growth. Members expressed confidence that under his leadership, NATS will continue to expand its service activities, enhance member participation, and strengthen its impact across Telugu communities in North America.
The new Executive Committee was selected following recommendations from the selection committee and approval by the NATS Board of Directors. Congratulating the newly elected team, NATS Board Chairman Kishore Kancherla expressed confidence that the committee’s dedication, vision, and service-oriented approach would help the organization reach greater heights.
The Board extended its best wishes to Raj Allada and the entire Executive Committee for a successful term and expressed hope that their leadership will bring further recognition and achievements to NATS during 2026–2028.
